Lately I only run every few days, and it just makes me feel exhausted and I can’t keep going as long as I’d like to - I was doing so much better when I was running or biking every day. Maybe it’s just a confidence thing, I don’t think it makes sense that my body would really get out of shape that quickly. But it sucks. I’m also having a harder time sleeping. Need to keep it up every day, at least for the next couple weeks until I leave for camp!
